If you are a non-mainland UK customer a delivery charge is applicable.

Website orders of less than £150 include a packaging and handling charge of £20.

Receiving Deliveries

The delivery company will require a person over the age of 18 to sign for delivered goods as proof of receipt. Although we recommend you sign for your own goods, it is not required that the signature be from the specified recipient.

All reasonable efforts will be made to complete every delivery. In the event that a delivery cannot be made for whatever reason, a note will be left explaining how to arrange a new delivery time. WickesBathrooms reserves the right to levy an additional charge for re-delivery if the customer is not at home at the time of delivery.

Should you refuse or not be available to accept goods that we attempt to deliver on the agreed delivery date, the goods will be taken to our central distribution centre and we will contact you to agree a new delivery date.The next available delivery date will depend on the availability of space on vehicles delivering in your area. A re-delivery charge of £70 may be applied.

WickesBathrooms recommends that you do not arrange to have tradesmen waiting to carry out work involving an anticipated delivery. WickesBathrooms cannot be held responsible for any third party costs incurred due to non-delivery of an order.
